DESCRIPTION:The Steinbach Chamber and Eastman Immigrant Services\, together with Di Reggae Grill\, is thrilled to present a unique virtual cooking experience\, Caribbean Comfort Food! Join us online on March 24\, 6:00-8:00pm for an authentic international cooking experience with professional chef B\, creating colourful\, flavourful dishes of the Caribbean\, particularly from Jamaican culture. \n\n\n\nOn the Menu: Jerk chicken meal served with plantains\, coconut rice\, steamed vegetables\, festivals (Jamaican fried dumplings). Festivals can be served as part of the main course and/or dessert. Product baskets contain supplies to cook for two people and feature locally sourced products with an option to order wine paired for the dishes. \n\n\n\nCost: $40 plus GST (wine not included)\n\n\n\nHow does it work?\n\n\n Register online here on or before March 14.\n Optional: Order a paired wine through Di Reggae Grill 204.326.5858.\n Pick up your product basket (and wine\, if you ordered some) at Di Reggae Grill\, 254 Main Street in Steinbach\, on March 23 between 11am and 8pm. **Note** wine payment processing done directly through Di Reggae Grill.\n Teams meeting link will be emailed prior to the event.
