The need to change is impacted by many factors including technology\, changing demographics and competition\, the economy and social and consumer trends. Managing the "people side" of change is often the most critical and the most challenging piece to organizational transformation.\n\n \n\nTogether\, we'll explore the phases of change and how they impact us\, our teams and our clients & customers.
