DESCRIPTION:What does it mean to understand your customer\, and why does it matter?\n\n\n\nUnderstanding your customer is more than just knowing their basic demographics. It's about developing a deep understanding of what excites them\, what they're working toward   and what keeps them up at night.\n\n\n\nIn this session\, we'll explore what customers want most from a business relationship\, and how delivering on their needs first can help you grow your business in impactful ways.\n\n\n\nThis Lunch & Learn session will be facilitated by Celina Philpot\, EVP of Member Engagement & Brand for Steinbach Credit Union.\n\n\n\n \n\nCelina Philpot\, PMP\, BComm. Hons.\n\nExecutive Vice President\, Member Engagement & Brand\,\n\nSteinbach Credit Union\n\n\n\nCelina has been in the credit union system since 1996. Since joining SCU in 2011\, she has progressed through diverse leadership roles that include Vice President of Corporate Development\, Executive Vice President of Operations\, and most recently as Executive Vice President\, Member Engagement & Brand. As EVP\, Member Engagement & Brand\, Celina reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for delivering business results and managing organizational risk through the development of strategy in the areas of Retail Sales\, Wealth Management\, Member Contact Centre\, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. \nCelina is a certified Project Management Professional (Project Management International)\, has a Masters in Project Management (University of Winnipeg) as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree (University of Manitoba).
