The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce presents the 48th Annual Pioneer Days Parade. The theme for 2016 is “Our Community. Our Responsibility. Think Green!” to celebrate environmental awareness and initiatives in our region.
Entries will be judged prior to the parade and winners will be selected in the following categories:
•Historical - "Show us the history / progression of your organization"
•Antique - "A blast from the past. Wow us with your unique, ageing treasures"
•Animal Entry - "Horses, dogs or anything in between! Show us your connection to animals!"
•Theme - “Our Community, Our Responsibility, Think Green”
•Judges Choice - "Get creative and wow the crowd!"
•Cultural Diversity - "Proudly present your culture"
Steinbach Chamber of Commerce assigns your position along the parade route.

8:00 a.m. Marshalling begins at Lyndhurst and Hespeler.
9:15 a.m. Entries should be prepared and in their designated location to qualify for judging.
9:45 a.m. Be ready to begin parade.
10:00 a.m. Parade begins!
Marshalling begins at Lyndhurst and Hespeler. The parade will lead off at the Steinbach Fire Hall at the East end of Main Street, the parade will proceed West down Main Street, and North down Brandt Street (Hwy 12N), ending at Stone Bridge Crossing.
Free entry with registration.
