Event Description:

We are excited to offer a 3-part series designed to connect, educate, and develop leaders of all ages in our business community. Through community involvement, leadership development, business training, and team networking, participating leaders will become more effective influencers in their circles.

Proposed Outcomes:

By participating in this program, leaders will develop:

  1. A professional network to lean on and grow with in their development.
  2. Enhanced leadership skills and abilities through personal and interpersonal awareness.
  3. Increased confidence to operate within a business environment.
  4. A deeper appreciation for the value of the Steinbach and Southeast Manitoba community.
Target Audience: Any one of any age with some leadership ability already recognized through work and peers is invited to attend.

May 2 - Leadership With Intention
               Facilitator:  Emma Boulanger, Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate

June 6 - Self Leadership: Being Intentional With Your Time
                Facilitator: Chad Brown, Brown's Plumbing & Heating
