Colleen and Jay along with their two boys have built Stone City Coffee Roasters into a thriving business built on their small-town roots, and their flagship coffee bar inside Sobeys Steinbach has cemented itself as a community favourite. Bev Penner is the owner of Prairie Oils & Vinegars, a specialty store known for its unique tasting experience that invites customers to sample premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Bev has created a welcoming space that encourages curiosity, learning, and appreciation for quality ingredients. Together with her brother in-law Chris, Kaely Dyck is one half of the team behind Smitty’s Family Restaurant in Steinbach, where they combine their passion for hospitality, quality food, and community connection. Together, they lead the restaurant with a focus on creating a welcoming space where families, friends, and neighbours can gather over great meals and warm service. Meet the Moderator Stephanie den Hollander is a Certified Master Coach Practitioner, Supportive Counsellor, and Empowerment Specialist. She is the Founder and CEO of Phenomenally You Life Coaching and has over 20 years of experience in the social services field. Her strengths-based approach focuses on personal empowerment, proactive communication, and positive work-life balance.

Rooted in family recipes passed down through generations, Unger Meats is known for its traditional meat cutting, wild game processing, and deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Following the passing of her husband Ron in 2019, Kami continued his legacy, leading the business with resilience, care, and a strong sense of family. Unger Meats has balanced long-standing traditions with the ability to adapt to changing times by focusing on transparency, customer trust, and locally sourced food.
