Workplace conflict is inevitable. Too often we think that we need to reduce or eliminate conflict, when in fact – we just need to engage in it more productively! Did you know that the most effective teams engage in regular, Productive Conflict?

This Lunch & Learn will help learners improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by step process for conflict resolution, this workshop will help participants curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace results and relationships. By increasing self-awareness around conflict behaviors, we are better positioned to respond effectively to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict.
