FACILITATORS

Jody Milburn: Change the Way You Team!

Teams are the building blocks of any organization, and our working lives are becoming more team-oriented than ever before. Despite the pressing need for highly effective and productive teams, many individuals are either unaware or unable to consistently practice the behaviors that will ensure team success. In this session, learn how to cultivate the 5 Behaviors® that will change the way you team.

Jody Milburn is an experienced Lead Consultant with a proven history of working in the professional training & coaching industry with honed skills in Business Planning, HR Consulting, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution. Currently the General Manager of Homefield People & Strategy, whose core purpose is to create happy, healthy & productive workplaces, Jody has worked tirelessly with top level executive teams to help build healthier businesses, organizations, and communities. With over 15 years of working with business owners, leaders & teams to drive that purpose forward, Jody earned her CPHR designation to support these organizations in their people strategies. Known for addressing challenging topics in relatable ways with a storytelling approach, and just the right amount of humour, Jody makes sure audiences leave her talks inspired and ready for action!

The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce recognizes that our ancestors arrived in Manitoba around the time that Treaty One was signed in Canada in 1871, building our first trading partnerships with the Metis and Indigenous people of the area. Today, the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce acknowledges that we and our Eastman Immigrant Services partners are located and do business on historic Treaty One, Two and Three Territories – home and lands of the Anishinaabe (Ojibwe), Ininew (Cree), Oji-Cree, Assinaboine, Dene, and the Dakota people, and the Red River Métis Nation.
